Hendeca firefighters undertake regular Continual Professional Development seminars and realistic training events which comply with relevant Regulations such as the International Civil Aviation Organisation’s Standards and Recommended Practices, the European Aviation Safety Agency’s Acceptable Means of Compliance and Fire and Rescue Service National Operational Guidance.

As part of the Hendeca Group’s continuous improvement cycle, our firefighting contingency provision is audited by an ISO 9001 qualified auditor.

Complementing the professional approach to training and competence, all Hendeca firefighters are equipped with personally issued with EN 469 compliant Personal Protective Equipment.

The Trainer was knowledgeable and patient in answering questions and went at the pace of all attendees.
